Core Duties Technical Execution:

Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems in residential homes and light commercial environments.

Layout & Planning:

Utilize blueprints and technical schematics to ensure all project execution meets strict National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary on-site contact, helping homeowners and business managers understand complex technical issues through clear, accessible communication.

Relationship Management:

Foster client trust by providing transparent pricing and repair options, ensuring a professional and respectful presence in every workspace.

Safety & Standards:

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following safety protocols and ensuring all work meets local Delaware inspection standards.

Essential Qualifications Licensing:

Must possess a valid, active Delaware Journeyman Electrician License .

Experience:

At least 4-5 years of professional electrical experience, demonstrating success with residential wiring and light commercial tasks like retail or office fit-outs.

Skills:

Proficient in troubleshooting complex circuitry, performing panel upgrades, bending conduit, and installing various electrical fixtures.

Customer Facing:

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and listening skills while maintaining a reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.

Logistics:

Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record, and possess the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders or lifts.
