You will be part of the top-performing residential service team in the area , working alongside highly skilled professionals while helping homeowners solve real electrical problems throughout the Tampa Bay region. Our electrical department is currently booked out and growing quickly , creating strong earning opportunities for the right electrician. If you're looking for a comfortable job where you can move slowly and do the bare minimum, this probably won't be the right fit. If you're someone who wants to perform at a high level, work with a strong team, and be compensated based on performance , this can be an incredible opportunity. This role may also be referred to as Residential Electrician, Service Electrician, Install Electrician, or Electrical Technician. About the Company Three Guys Master Tradesmen is a fast-growing residential service company serving homeowners throughout the greater Tampa Bay area, including Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and surrounding communities. The Opportunity Our electrical department is currently in very high demand and booked out , creating a strong opportunity for an experienced electrician who wants to perform and earn. Right now we are primarily looking for electricians who are strong in electrical installations , but who can also: diagnose electrical issues perform service calls communicate solutions clearly to homeowners If you are also strong in sales and customer communication , that is a major advantage. Compensation This is a performance-based role designed for high performers. Expected Earnings $100,000 - $150,000+ annually depending on production and performance.

Commission Structure Sales Commission:

20% of net profit (Net profit = job total minus material cost minus labor)

Labor Commission:

20% of the ticket on electrical installs and repairs

Whole Home Generators:

Labor commission is 10% of the ticket This structure rewards electricians who are productive, efficient, and capable of delivering great service to homeowners. Responsibilities Perform residential electrical installs, upgrades, and repairs Diagnose electrical problems and determine effective solutions Install panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, and electrical systems Ensure work meets safety standards and electrical code Mentor apprentices and junior electricians Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and solutions Maintain organized job sites and manage tools and materials Deliver exceptional professionalism and customer experience What We're Looking For We are looking for electricians who are: highly motivated and driven confident in residential electrical work strong problem-solvers professional with customers comfortable working in fast-paced environments capable of leading and mentoring others Requirements Minimum 3 years residential electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Ability to manage jobs independently Leadership ability and willingness to mentor apprentices Valid driver's license with clean driving record Physically capable of performing field work No electrician license is required.
