The ideal candidate will perform in various tasks related to electrical installations and repairs in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. Pay is a Base Salary plus commission Responsibilities Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems. Conduct tests using an ohmmeter and other testing equipment to ensure proper functionality. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Previous experience as an electrician helper or in a related field is preferred. Familiarity with industrial and commercial electrical systems is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Understanding of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively. Experience working on construction sites is highly desirable. Knowledge of frame carpentry is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.
