Work Location:
Single manufacturing facility (No remote work / no constant travel) Core Responsibilities & Daily Skills Instead of a rigid list of chores, your daily success will be driven by the following core impact areas:
System Installation:
Run and bend conduit (PVC, Rigid, and PVC-coated Rigid), pull wire, and set up critical equipment like control panels and disconnects.
Blueprint Precision:
Read, interpret, and accurately execute technical diagrams, plans, and blueprints.
Diagnostics & Repair:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, lighting systems, transformers, and circuit breakers.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all infrastructure strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) as well as state and local regulations.
Testing Mastery:
Use specialized electrical testing devices to confidently perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Protection Infrastructure:
Apply a strong working understanding of grounding and lightning protection systems.
What We Are Looking For License:
Electrical certification or equivalent state certification.
Preferred:
ABYC Marine Electrical Certification is a major plus.
Experience:
Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical work (5+ years preferred, minimum 3-4 years required) .
Technical Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with industrial test equipment, circuit breaker maintenance, and conduit bending.
