We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and capable of leading crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical installations and service work Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical diagrams Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code Train and mentor apprentices and helpers Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Electrician Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards Ability to manage projects and crews effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
