Join Our Growing Team We are seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers with a minimum of three years in a manufacturing environment to contribute to the manufacturing excellence at Meta Power Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Assembling low-voltage switchboards. Wiring and configuring modular substations to exact specifications. Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble parts. Perform electrical wiring and soldering for electronic components. Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure functionality and quality. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Interpreting and applying complex electrical diagrams and schematics during the manufacturing process. Collaborating with a dedicated team to solve electrical challenges and enhance system performance. Conducting stringent testing to guarantee the safety and reliability of electrical components.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Industrial or Commercial Electrical Experience. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Experience installing, terminating, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Electrical trade school, apprenticeship, or electrician license preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work at both our Lake Park and Indiantown, Florida facilities as business needs require. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
