Own the uptime. When a critical line pauses, you bridge the gap between mechanical systems and electrical controls—finding the fault, fixing it safely, and getting product flowing again. Picture this A sensor trips, a drive faults, and the conveyor stops. You pull the drawings, trace the I/O, meter the circuit from 24V through 480V three-phase, confirm the culprit, swap the component, and verify operation. Before the end of shift, you complete scheduled PM on facility systems, tune a regulator on a pneumatic manifold, and log work performed—organized, safe, on time. Your impact Tackle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on production machinery and supporting equipment. Break down failed equipment, identify root cause, and install repaired or new parts. Perform preventive maintenance on machines, facility systems, and building components. Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust bearings, shafts, gears, and other moving components. Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems—transformers, machine wiring, controls, and electronic elements. Install and service piping, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment. Repair or replace valves, gauges, pressure regulators, and associated devices. Respond rapidly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore operation. Identify potential maintenance issues early, communicate clearly, and drive corrective actions. Plan work effectively and complete maintenance safely within required timelines. Qualifications Proficient with 24V-480V electrical systems, including three-phase power. Skilled at reading and applying electrical schematics. Experienced using multimeters and meggers. Comfortable with power tools (drills, grinders, reciprocating saws) and a wide range of hand tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and disciplined work habits. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and act with urgency during downtime. Self-directed, takes initiative when issues arise. Dependable teammate with clear written and verbal communication. Organized, methodical, and quick to learn new equipment and processes. Positive attitude and commitment to expanding technical knowledge. Available for occasional extended hours and weekend work as needed. Valid driver's license.
