In addition to the electrical responsibilities, the chosen candidate will perform fabrication, assembly, light manufacturing, construction, and commissioning of our custom Mobile Education Labs with support of other staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
Install and wire electrical panels, breakers, branch circuits, receptacles, disconnects, lighting, HVAC, and equipment. Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Install and troubleshoot 120V, 208V, and 240V systems. Pull, route, label, terminate, and test electrical conductors. Bend and install EMT conduit, including offsets, saddles, kicks, and 90s. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, panel schedules, and equipment specifications. Size conductors, breakers, conduit, and circuits based on load requirements and applicable code. Perform grounding and bonding correctly. Troubleshoot electrical faults, voltage issues, tripping breakers, open circuits, and equipment problems. Use multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.
Additional Responsibilities, Not Limited To:
Assist with the fabrication and assembly of Mobile Education Labs. Measure, mark, cut, drill, fasten, and assemble materials according to specifications. Accurately use tape measures, levels, squares, calipers, and other common measuring tools. Operate hand and power tools safely, including drills, impact drivers, saws, grinders, and sanders. Install structural components, wall panels, cabinetry, workstations, equipment supports, flooring, trim, doors, and other interior or exterior components.
Pay:
