We're looking for a reliable, skilled electrician who wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and work-life balance. ⸻ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings Read and interpret blueprints, NEC code, and job specs Work independently and with a small team to complete projects on time Interact professionally with clients and team members ⸻ Requirements 2+ years of field experience (residential, commercial, or both) Valid driver's license & clean driving record Own hand tools Knowledge of the 2020 NEC Must be reliable, respectful, accountable, and take pride in your ⸻ Preferred but not required: Journeyman license or state certification Experience with service upgrades, generator installs, or low-voltage iPad or smartphone proficiency (we use Jobbers) ⸻ What We Offer Competitive pay ($18-$25/hr based on skill and licensing) Paid holidays and PTO Opportunity for growth into lead roles Positive crew environment and fixed scheduling
