HardHat is looking to hire a Commercial Electrical Leadman for a project in West Palm Beach

•Candidates with a valid Journeyman License, OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Typically 5-7+ years of hands-on electrical experience, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Licensing:

Valid journeyman or master electrician license preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the NEC, low- and high-voltage systems, and electrical testing devices.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong verbal communication, and the capacity to keep a team motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Will be running job site Lead a team of electricians Will communicate between employees, general contractor and owner of company Coordinate work with other site departments in planning electrical related repairs, limiting down time. Participate in scheduling department activities during scheduled down days Assign duties and inspect work of electricians and helpers, ensuring safety training and code compliance Work closely with the Project Engineer to provide departmental assistance in the work plan for assigned projects and responsibilities as required
