70E, and facility safety requirements High-quality workmanship delivered with a customer-service mindset Compliance with established maintenance standards and best practices Continuous development of technical skills and equipment knowledge Effective communication regarding troubleshooting findings, repair needs, and improvement opportunities Supporting teamwork and collaboration across maintenance and operations Key Responsibilities Maintain Electrical & Automation Systems Perform maintenance, repair, and installation activities on a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems, including: Motors and motor controls Electrical distribution systems MCCs, drives, inverters, converters, and reactors PLCs and industrial control systems Robotics and automation equipment Facility electrical systems Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment Diagnose and resolve electrical, control, and process-related equipment issues affecting safety, quality, or production. Identify root causes of equipment failures Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Perform testing and verification of repairs Document findings and recommend improvements Perform Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Support and execute maintenance activities designed to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Complete preventive maintenance inspections and tasks Repair or replace components based on equipment condition Assist with maintenance planning and documentation updates Use CMMS systems to manage work orders and maintenance records Support Projects & Continuous Improvement Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and reliability initiatives.
