One year of general experience, plus four years specialized experience in electrical work. Must possess the ability to use all power and hand tools and test equipment required to accomplish the work. Must possess a valid driver's license as required by local/state laws or regulations.
Other:
Any person involved with servicing stationary refrigerant systems must be certified by an EPA approved testing program and maintain certification as a Type I and II Technician as required by EPA'S Final Rule 608 (40 CFR, Part 82, Subpart I). Additionally, those individuals who work with low pressure systems (chillers) will also maintain the Type III certification. certification as a "Universal Technician" (certified as Type I, II and III) is preferred but not mandatory unless work involves low pressure systems. Application at overseas locations will be in accordance with requirements of host country/installation engineers.
