We're seeking a talented Lead Electrician who is passionate about electrical excellence and eager to help drive our department's success. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and code compliance across a variety of residential projects. What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and support our electrical team—mentoring, coaching, and helping recruit top talent. Coordinate closely with inspectors, suppliers, and fellow HVAC and sales colleagues to deliver complete, code-compliant solutions. Serve as a go-to resource for customers, confidently diagnosing issues, solving problems, and providing outstanding service. Read and create wiring diagrams, trace and install electrical wiring and hardware—including junction boxes, breakers, and panel upgrades. Maintain performance and productivity goals for the department and manage the team's daily workflow and budgeting. Champion ongoing technical training—for yourself and your team—to keep everyone's skills current. Requirements 3-5 years of leadership or crew supervisory experience. Valid Georgia electrical contractor license. Proven track record leading teams and fostering positive company culture. Deep commitment to safety, teamwork, and top-tier workmanship.
