Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial settings, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Duties Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in commercial and industrial environments. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize various tools including ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and power tools to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues. Perform high voltage installations and repairs while adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure proper installation of electrical systems. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas for improvement. Document all work performed in accordance with company policies. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications. Familiarity with frame carpentry is a plus. Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings. Proficient in using testing equipment such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters. Experience working on construction sites is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
