Industrial Electrical Technician We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to support electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and automation within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for keeping production equipment and electrical systems running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, wiring, control panels, relays, breakers, and circuits Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to reduce equipment downtime Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and automated production equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Support new equipment installations and production line upgrades Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation Ensure electrical work meets applicable safety and electrical standards Partner with maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability Qualifications 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC experience preferred Ability to use multimeters and other electrical diagnostic equipment High school diploma or equivalent required Technical training, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a related field preferred Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
