Industrial Electrician — Elwood, IN (Day Shift 6:48am-3:00pm)

Pay:

Up to $40/hr (weekly)

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match Role Overview Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and processing systems across production equipment and facility infrastructure. Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance while supporting safe, high‑quality manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Safety Compliance — Follow and enforce all safety, GMP, and company policies. Quality Monitoring — Adjust processes to maintain product integrity. Electrical Installation — Install/repair wiring, conduits, switch boxes, fixtures, and cable assemblies. Equipment Testing — Test components for continuity, voltage, current, and resistance. Motor & Control Systems — Maintain motors, generators, batteries, hydraulic/pneumatic control systems. Control Systems Troubleshooting — Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic control systems. Preventative Maintenance — Execute PM programs and maintain accurate records. Instrumentation — Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation. Training Support — Assist production staff with proper machine operation. Qualifications Associate degree in an electrical field preferred; 5+ years industrial electrician experience . Intermediate PLC troubleshooting; ability to read ladder logic. Proficient in Rockwell RSLogix 5000/500 ; Siemens TIA Portal/Simatic Manager preferred. Strong computer skills; clear verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
