$52,000-$60,000 per year About Us The Growing Place, Inc. (TGP) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism across our Anderson and Elwood, Indiana locations. We're passionate about giving every child the tools they need to thrive, and we're just as committed to building a supportive, organized workplace for the team that makes it happen. As we grow our Elwood clinic, we're looking for an Office/Clinic Manager to help keep daily operations running smoothly for our staff and families. About the Role The Office/Clinic Manager is the operational backbone of our Elwood clinic — the point person families, staff, and leadership turn to for day-to-day support. You'll oversee front-office operations, coordinate scheduling and intake, and help ensure our clinic runs efficiently so our clinical team can focus on delivering excellent care. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day front-office and administrative operations at the Elwood clinic Manage scheduling for patients and staff, and help coordinate staffing needs Guide new families through the intake process, including tours, paperwork, and coordinating initial assessments Serve as a point of contact for family questions, and route billing/insurance inquiries to the appropriate team member Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with clinic policies Support day-to-day compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures Order and manage office and clinic supplies Collaborate closely with the Clinic Director and clinical staff to support a smooth patient and family experience Help foster a welcoming, professional environment for patients, families, and staff What We're Looking For Prior experience in an office management, administrative, or operations role Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or ABA/autism services setting is a plus Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional demeanor when working with families Comfort with scheduling systems and general office software; EMR experience (e.g., CentralReach) a plus A team-oriented mindset and genuine care for the population we serve Why Join The Growing Place Competitive pay ($52,000-$60,000/year, based on experience) Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off (PTO) 9 paid holidays $25,000 life insurance policy at no cost to employee Paid sick time Short-term disability coverage Employee referral bonus program The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families To apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your relevant experience.
