Job Description

Industrial Electrician - Manufacturing & Automation We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and improving industrial electrical and automation systems to keep production running safely and efficiently. Industrial Electrician Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial electrical equipment and controls Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, generators, automation systems, relays, and electronic drives Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs to minimize production downtime Support equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and upgrades Perform preventive maintenance and electrical inspections Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications Assist with automation, equipment improvement, and electrical safety projects Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records Industrial Electrician Qualifications 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Journeyman Electrician license required Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills PLC and industrial automation experience Experience with motors, controls, relays, and electronic drives Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong commitment to safety and quality Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Forklift/lift truck experience required Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Industrial Electrician Work Environment This position works in a manufacturing and warehouse environment supporting a 24/7 operation . Flexible scheduling and varying shifts may be required based on production needs.
