An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Monday - Friday and up to 7 days/week Mainly 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (different shifts if needed) Overtime as Needed / Must be willing to work call-insJob Summary:
This position is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing all plant electro/mechanical equipment and other systems related to the manufacturing process. Major Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive):- Install, maintain and repair all electrical equipment
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints
- Run conduit
- Trouble shoot electrical equipment and systems
- Maintain and monitor electrical equipment to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical experience
- Previous maintenance experience
- Must have basic PLC and computer skills
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical blueprints
- Must be able to read and interpret circuit diagrams
- Must pass pre-assessment testing
- Must pass a cutting and welding test
- Must pass a hands-on electrical test
- 2% travel (should be anywhere from 2% - 100%, as this could include any off-site training the plant may do?)
- Hybrid work - ineligible
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
