The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. An Electrical and Mechanical Technician combines expertise in electrical systems and mechanical systems to maintain, repair, and optimize machinery and equipment. Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow. Document production processes, including quality checks and equipment performance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures. Requirements Background in Electrical maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in manufacturing or related field. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical Drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Required to have availability for off shifts.
