Job Description

What You'll Do Lead and mentor apprentice and journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial job sites. Coordinate daily activities to keep projects on schedule and running efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately. Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, panels, circuits, and related equipment. Bend, run, and secure conduit for a variety of applications. Perform and oversee wire pulls, ensuring organized, code-compliant installations. Assist with low-voltage system installations and electrical distribution equipment, including switchgear. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship on every project. Collaborate with project managers, field personnel, and other trades to keep work progressing smoothly. Take initiative in the field, solve problems independently, and lead by example. What We're Looking For Active Journeyman Electrician License/Card required. Proven experience leading crews on commercial and/or industrial electrical projects. Strong skills in electrical installation, wiring, conduit bending, and wire pulling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings. Experience working with switchgear, electrical distribution systems, and low-voltage applications. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
