Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. This includes commercial, industrial, and residential environments. Your expertise in reading schematics and blueprints will be essential in ensuring accurate installations and repairs.Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical systems are integrated properly
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Install, repair, and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the trade
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Skills:
- Commercial electrician experience
- Schematics and blueprint reading proficiency
- Ability to build and install electrical systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of frame carpentry for installation purposes
- Experience with low voltage systems
- Industrial electrician experience
