Job Description

Why do we need you? We need skilled and motivated Electricians to help keep our Carrollton manufacturing operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this role, you play a critical part in maintaining and improving the electrical systems that support a continuous production environment. Your expertise ensures equipment uptime, supports operational efficiency, and contributes to the plant's overall performance and safety culture. As an Electrician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical systems while aligning with our company's vision, mission, values, and operational objectives. Every task you take on directly impacts equipment reliability, product quality, and production continuity.
Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems to maximize uptime and efficiency. Work with industrial control components including limit switches, proximity switches, photocells, and analog devices such as level sensors, load cells, and pressure sensors. Install conduit, basic circuits, and 3‑phase motors. Perform basic fabrication when needed to support electrical maintenance and improvements. Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives and participate in continuous improvement efforts. Contribute to ledger, EWO, or horizontal expansion teams, and periodically step into leadership roles for these groups. Is this job for you? Requirements:
High School Diploma (required). Several years of electrical or mechanical maintenance experience in a continuous‑process industrial environment (required). Experience with PLC controllers, computer‑based troubleshooting, and function block diagram logic (preferred).Familiarity with high‑voltage systems such as 4160V or 13KV is a plus. Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and apply new knowledge quickly. Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting methods.
