Job Description

Join Kellanova as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician in our Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. You'll keep high-speed snack and cereal production lines running by troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, motors, and packaging equipment. You'll execute preventive and predictive maintenance, interpret schematics, and partner with engineers to improve reliability. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical and mechanical systems in a high-speed manufacturing environment Diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control circuits to minimize downtime Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and packaging equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM documentation Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to support continuous improvement and reliability projects Document work in CMMS, follow LOTO and safety standards, and support a culture of safety and quality Required Skills Industrial electrical systems PLC troubleshooting and programming VFDs and motor controls Mechanical maintenance and repair Hydraulics and pneumatics Preventive and predictive maintenance Electrical schematics and blueprints Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures CMMS usage and documentation Root cause analysis
