Job Summary We are seeking seven experienced Commercial Electricians for a large retail construction project in Paducah, Kentucky. Candidates must be able to work independently, read electrical plans, bend and install conduit, pull cable, wire store cases, install strut, and hang lighting. This is a daytime position offering approximately 40 hours per week, and possible overtime Monday through Friday. Licensed and unlicensed electricians are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Read and accurately interpret electrical plans and blueprints. Run and bend conduit through ceilings. Pull and route electrical cable. Wire cases and other electrical components in a retail store. Install strut supports and lighting fixtures. Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems. Complete assigned work independently and efficiently. Lead tasks or assist less-experienced electricians when needed. Follow all job-site safety procedures and applicable electrical codes. Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other construction trades. Qualifications Ideally six or more years of commercial electrical experience . Electrical license is not required . Strong blueprint- and plan-reading skills are essential. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Ability to communicate effectively in English for job-site safety and coordination. Experience bending conduit, pulling cable, installing strut, wiring store cases, and hanging lights. Retail construction experience is preferred. Must pass a drug screening and background check. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Compensation and Schedule Pay:

$30-$40 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

Per diem:

Up to $120 per day for qualified non-local candidates.

Schedule:

Day shift, Monday-Friday.

Approximately 40 hours per week.
