We are known for delivering high-quality workmanship, prioritizing safety, and providing exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Electrician to join our team. Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Electrician with 2-5 years of residential experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works efficiently and safely, and communicates professionally with both team members and customers. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, panels, outlets, and fixtures Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues accurately and efficiently Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards and best practices Provide professional, customer-focused service to clients Collaborate with team members and support/mentor apprentices as needed Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Electrician's License 2-5 years of residential electrical experience Strong knowledge of NEC and local code requirements Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$35-$45 per hour, based on experience Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Paid Time Off:
