Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across our production facilities. Your expertise will help sustain continuous operations and uphold our commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters. Diagnose electrical faults through schematic reading, blueprint analysis, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues involving low voltage, high voltage, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC/R systems. Repair or replace faulty components including wiring, switches, relays, motors, and circuit boards to minimize downtime. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and equipment status updates. Conduct field service operations involving equipment troubleshooting and repairs on-site at various locations within the facility. Support safety protocols by adhering to electrical codes and standards during all maintenance activities. Requirements Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial electrician practices. Proficiency in electrical blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics. Knowledge of industrial mechanical systems including hydraulics and pneumatic troubleshooting. Ability to operate scissor lifts and other field service equipment safely. Familiarity with HVAC systems including HVAC/R knowledge is a plus. Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork. Relevant certifications in electrical maintenance or industrial electrician work preferred.
