Core Responsibilities Execute essential corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance on electrical and electronic manufacturing systems to ensure operational continuity. Diagnose issues within facility wiring, electronic controls, servo/stepper motors, and general mechanical hardware. Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance activities using the Enterprise Asset Management system. Resolve system and machine malfunctions promptly within the production floor to minimize downtime. Utilize technical diagrams and schematics to analyze operations for vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to improve diagnostic efficiency. Perform calibration of electronic controllers while keeping detailed maintenance logs. Contribute technical support to various internal initiatives and projects. Collaborate with engineering staff to solve complex problems and evaluate processes to foster a cohesive team environment. Support general facility and grounds upkeep as necessary. Handle the installation, assembly, adjustment, and repair of standard production machinery to keep the facility running smoothly. Maintain flexibility to work overtime and participate in emergency response rotations. Required Qualifications Possession of a High School Diploma or a recognized equivalent. At least two years of specialized electromechanical training with a focus on PLC repair and troubleshooting. Four years of hands-on experience performing mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment, including PLC systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate clear verbal and written communication. Competence in using computer systems, specifically the Microsoft Office suite. A proactive, self-driven mindset focused on achieving high-quality results. Proven capacity to thrive and contribute within a collaborative team setting. Strong physical dexterity and precise hand-eye coordination for technical tasks. Compliance with US Person status requirements as mandated by facility operations.
