Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA) required Current and valid Massachusetts licensure as a BCBA Experience conducting behavioral and functional assessments in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication and consultative skills, able to present findings and recommendations clearly Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, staff, and families Skill in creating and monitoring data-based behavior intervention plans Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral and functional assessments for elementary-age students Provide behavior analytic interpretations that guide individual education plan development and instructional strategies Serve as a consultative resource for school staff, sharing expertise and supporting the implementation of positive behavioral interventions Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to promote student progress and generalization of behavior strategies Monitor the effectiveness of intervention plans and adjust recommendations as needed Maintain detailed documentation and prepare evaluative reports as required Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture Benefit from highly competitive compensation, weekly pay, and comprehensive insurance options that include medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.
