Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer, where you'll be responsible for the administration, operation, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge building automation and energy management systems. You'll ensure the seamless functioning of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, IT, and vendor teams to enhance system reliability, improve energy efficiency, and support critical facility projects. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to drive sustainable building operations and contribute to innovative facility management solutions.
Top Requirements:
Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Building Automation, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Systems, or Controls Engineering 3-5+ years supporting Building Management Systems (Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara, etc.) Proven ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems within commercial or laboratory environments Strong understanding of facility operations, networking fundamentals, and MEP systems Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site for a 1st shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm) Optional certifications in controls, HVAC, or electrical systems
