Job Description

A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support its Pennsylvania operations. This organization supplies essential materials to major brands across North America and international markets and continues to invest in advanced equipment and facility improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Diagnose and repair PLCs, motor controls, and variable frequency drives Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment Work with conveyors, sensors, compressors, and facility systems Maintain accurate records using CMMS Ensure all work meets applicable electrical codes and safety standards Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications:
2 years of industrial electrical experience Valid Pennsylvania Electrician License (required) Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and troubleshooting Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, and motor controls Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Strong communication and problem-solving skills
