Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs within commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage applications, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Commercial Electrician will work on various construction sites, ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Perform troubleshooting on electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or hazards in electrical systems. Work with logic controllers for automated systems as required. Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical theory. Strong experience with all conduit types Proficient in using power tools and electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members across various trades. Must be able to work in various conditions on construction sites.
