Measure electrical components with tools like the ohmmeter and ensure proper connections following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage systems, adhering strictly to safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Qualifications Prior experience with tools Prior experience with industrial or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading is highly desirable. Basic electrical experience or coursework related to electrical systems is a plus. Knowledge of low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, NEC standards, and use of the ohmmeter will set you apart. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights in a construction setting.
