The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to work on both high and low voltage projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient electrical installations, repairs, and renovations.

Company Info:

Impact Electric is a small, family owned electrical company, based out of Becker, MN looking to expand their team. Duties Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to determine layout and installation procedures. Utilize voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues. Work with power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes and safety regulations during all work performed. Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete renovation projects effectively. Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.

Required Qualifications:

Licensed MN Journeyman or Master Electrician License Experience in residential and commercial electrical applications Experience in working as a team

Valid MN Driver's License Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership skills and detail oriented Ability to regularly life 20-35 pounds Proficient with all tools and equipment and able to train others
