Journeyman Electrician

Our Springfield, MO branch is actively searching out experienced Journeyman electricians to join our team! What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to plan and execute work Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and other electrical components to code Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform timely, effective repairs Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes Supervise and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and oversight on job sites Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job progress Lead job tasks independently or as part of a crew Follow and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Travel to job sites as needed within the service area What We're Looking For Journeyman Electrician License (Required) 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems Ability to read blueprints and work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Why Join Bill's Electric?
