We are looking for a skilled and experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

As a Journeyman Electrician at Victory Electrical Solutions LLC, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of various electrical projects. The right candidate should be willing and capable to perform electrical work in residential and commercial settings. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while adhering to all safety and quality standards. Your expertise and dedication will help us deliver top-notch services to our clients and maintain our reputation as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics. Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, fellow electricians, and other team members. Communicate effectively with clients to explain work procedures and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Mentor and provide guidance to apprentices and junior electricians.

Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Electrician license . In Springfield, Mo. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
