Responsibilities Install Generac generator systems according to electrical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications with precision and attention to detail Conduct electrical wiring of high-voltage and low-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) and NFPA 70 standards Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and efficiently, utilizing tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate installations and repairs Maintain industrial motor equipment and perform routine electrical maintenance on generator units to ensure optimal performance Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously during all phases of installation and maintenance work on construction sites or client locations Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to complete tasks safely and effectively Requirements Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong background in electrical systems installation and maintenance Extensive knowledge of high-voltage electrical wiring, motor control equipment, and industrial motor repair Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately Familiarity with electrical building codes such as NEC (National Electrical Code) and NFPA 70 compliance standards Skilled in electrical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools including voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics Construction site experience with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments while maintaining safety protocols Ability to operate power tools safely while adhering to electrical safety procedures No experience Required Join us in delivering top-tier generator solutions that keep homes and businesses powered reliably!
