Advanced Dental Implant and TMJ Center is a growing, technology-driven specialty practice focused on implant and full-arch dentistry. The practice currently operates out of an 8-operatory, 8,000-square-foot facility in Southaven, MS and is actively expanding, with additional space being added to the current office and a future Memphis location already in development. The team is seeking a Prosthodontist who is passionate about patient care, implant dentistry, and long-term growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in growing with the practice long-term and pursuing a future partnership opportunity. Both experienced doctors and new graduates will be considered, with mentorship available directly from Dr. Adatrow. Experienced candidates may have an accelerated path toward partnership. The practice utilizes advanced digital workflows, in-house 3D printing, and Straumann implant systems. As the only Platinum Straumann provider in the region, the team has built an outstanding reputation for patient care, customer service, and clinical excellence, supported by an experienced staff and strong referral base. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and develop treatment plans for restorative and implant cases Restore full-arch and implant-supported prosthetic cases Conduct patient consultations and case presentations Collaborate with the surgical and restorative team Utilize advanced digital dentistry workflows Provide post-operative follow-up care Qualifications DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Prosthodontics residency program Prosthodontic certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for patient care and implant dentistry Schedule 4-5 days per week Additional clinical days available if desired Compensation & Opportunity Highlights Compensation structure includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $250,000+, plus a percentage of collections.
