Our ideal person will be UL508 Certified, excel at reading electrical schematics, ensure codes are followed, mentor youth apprentices, and be able to order parts as needed for upcoming projects. As an Electrical Lead, you will ensure all work complies with safety standards, local electrical codes, and industry regulations while guiding a team of electricians through our custom projects projects. Your expertise will drive project success, promote safety, and uphold the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities on industrial and commercial projects. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical schematics to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems. Be comfortable mentoring youth apprentices. Manage high-voltage and low-voltage electrical wiring tasks in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code). Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently. Ensure all work adheres to electrical safety procedures, local electrical codes, and industry best practices to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with project managers, controls engineers and clients to meet project timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements Requirements Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong background in industrial electrical systems. Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance, NEC standards, and local electrical codes. Demonstrated ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other essential equipment safely and effectively.
