JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and components of machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints Troubleshoot and diagnose HMI communication, display, tag, alarm, and control issues Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment in new and existing facilities following diagrams Test continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety of components using testing instruments Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using testing instruments and equipment Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic test equipment Follow all OSHA required safety protocols Maintain a clean and safe work environment Other duties as needed or required

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years' experience as an Electrician in industrial or construction setting required High School diploma or equivalent is required Individual state contractor's license preferred Completion of a licensing program or equivalent training and experience (NCCER) preferred Knowledge of HMi programming and control systems required Knowledge of the NEC standards regarding installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components Knowledge to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics as well as to conduct work in metric and SAE Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Driver's License OSHA 10 or higher Willingness to travel Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
