We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial electrical systems, with a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). This role involves working in an industrial/manufacturing setting and requires proficiency in low/high voltage systems, blueprint reading, and schematics. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for building and maintaining electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. What's In it for You? Stable, growing organization with opportunity for future advancement of qualified candidates Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Paid vacation and sick days after one year of service Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits at modest employee contributions Discretionary Bonus 401k participation with Company matching contributions upon completion of first 30 days of service Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and automation equipment Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, VFDs, and instrumentation systems Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national codes Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance Assist with the design and installation of new electrical and automation systems Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or Industrial Electrician Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards Familiarity with low to high voltage systems Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to use hand tools effectively for installation and repairs Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
