Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment across the Residential, Commercial and Industrial fields. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, automation systems, and electrical schematics, while applying your mechanical knowledge and scripting skills. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment using hand tools and surface mount technology techniques. Conduct analysis to identify issues within electrical systems and implement effective solutions promptly. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings created with CAD software such as AutoCAD. Perform debugging of electical circuits . Utilize testing tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose electrical faults accurately. Support project scheduling activities by coordinating maintenance tasks and equipment upgrades efficiently. Conduct equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on electrical systems. Install Residential, Commercial and Industrial circuits and hardware. Ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols during all repairs and installations. Proven experience working with electrical systems in manufacturing, industrial and Residential environments. Strong knowledge of electrical wiring practices. Hands-on experience with surface mount technology (SMT), soldering techniques, and electronic assembly processes. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems. Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex electrical issues efficiently. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is desirable. Experience working with NEC standards, electrical wiring codes, and safety regulations in industrial settings. Competence in using hand tools, testing instruments like ohmmeters, and conducting surface mount component assembly.
