Job Description
Pay Structure:
This is a performance-pay position — your earnings are tied directly to your efficiency and the quality of your completed work, not a flat hourly rate. What You'll Be Doing Installing, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in homes and light commercial settings Independently troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing real solutions Running wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and breakers Installing EV charging stations for residential and commercial clients Wiring standby generators and transfer switches Upgrading electrical panels and improving existing systems Reading blueprints, diagrams, and work orders accurately Ensuring every job meets NEC code and safety standards Testing systems to confirm safe, proper operation Communicating clearly with clients about the work performed and any recommendations Documenting job details, materials, and completed tasks Keeping your work area and company vehicle clean and organized What You Bring 5+ years of relevant electrical experience Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently Hands-on experience with electrical repairs, installs, and service calls Solid grasp of NEC codes and safety standards Comfortable working with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication skills with a genuine customer-service mindset Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Bonus Points If You Have 3+ years in residential construction Experience wiring standby generators and transfer switches Skill in panel upgrades and EV charger installs Familiarity with smart home systems or low-voltage wiring What We Expect From You Take full ownership of your projects from start to finish Work efficiently without sacrificing quality Follow our process for prep, materials, and documentation Keep job sites clean and professional Represent our company well in every customer interaction Physical Requirements Able to safely lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas Able to handle physically demanding work in varying weather conditionsWork Location:
