Position Summary

Our company is looking for experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our Lincoln team — multiple openings available. We're a local, family-owned company that genuinely treats its team like family. What You'll Be Doing Direct electrical construction work on assigned commercial projects from start to finish Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical circuits, systems, and equipment Resolve escalated field issues professionally while keeping customer satisfaction front and center Collaborate with Field Support teams to keep projects moving on schedule Apply and enforce national and local electrical codes, staying current on industry changes Champion a safety-first culture and lead by example on every job site Mentor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and hands-on development What You Bring Nebraska State Journeyman Electrician License required (reciprocal licenses from neighboring states accepted, provided you're legally able to work as a journeyman in Nebraska) 1-5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in electrical construction Commercial electrical experience strongly preferred Foreman / job-running experience a big plus (translates to higher pay and bonus potential) Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and OSHA safety standards Skilled in trade-related materials, equipment, installation methods, blueprint/drawing interpretation, and trade calculations Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Pay:
$35.00 - $43.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
