What You'll Do:
Install and repair electrical systems and equipment according to plans, codes, and job scope Work from drawings and blueprints to complete high-quality installations efficiently, making good use of materials and labor Collaborate with the Project Management team and other trades to support successful job execution, including change orders, RFIs, and schedule coordination Help train and mentor apprentices on the jobsite to build competent, capable teams Prioritize daily tasks to keep work moving and support overall project timelines Work effectively with the general contractor and other contractors on site Maintain a safe work environment that meets or exceeds OSHA regulations Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates regarding progress, materials needs, and any issues that arise Do You Have What It Takes? Current Nebraska Journeyman license required Minimum 6 years of field experience including 2+ years as a Journeyman preferred Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are required Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Candidates looking to grow and advance their career in the electrical trade will be strong fits Must be passionate about developing an outstanding team and creating an environment that allows for growth opportunities All candidates must be able to pass a physical exam, criminal background check, drug screening and must maintain a valid Driver's license.
