We are seeking a skilled Licensed Master Electrician to lead residential and commercial electrical projects, including installations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. Must be licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components supporting sump pump systems, interior and exterior drainage systems, battery backup systems and alarms, dehumidification and moisture-control equipment, and other residential electrical projects. Run wiring, connect circuits, install electrical components, and ensure proper grounding and code compliance. Diagnose electrical issues and perform efficient, high-quality repairs to ensure systems operate safely and reliably. Read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, specifications, and equipment documentation. Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure electrical work aligns with project schedules and installation requirements. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable local and state electrical codes, permitting requirements, and company safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of work performed, materials used, and any issues identified or resolved. Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners, clearly explaining electrical work, system operation, and any recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at each job site. Provide guidance and leadership to apprentices and other team members, sharing knowledge and ensuring work is completed safely and correctly.Qualifications:
Active Master Electrician licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable state and local electrical codes, and permitting requirements. Proven residential electrical experience; experience with construction, remodeling, or home-services environments is highly preferred. Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, plans, and technical specifications. Experience working with sump pumps, drainage systems, battery backup systems, alarms, low-voltage controls, or similar equipment is a plus. Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and controls is highly preferred. Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with production and installation teams. Comfortable working in basements, crawlspaces, unfinished areas, and other residential job-site environments. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and reliable transportation. Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
