You can sit at a kitchen table, explain the options, and help someone make the right call for their home and budget. You hold yourself to a standard. You track your numbers because you care about being good at this. What You Know Strong residential knowledge — you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes. Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Fluent in English. What Will You Do? You'll run residential service and repair calls — including the tough ones. You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name. Day to day, that means: Diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of systems. Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns. Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision. Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.
