An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. You can sit at a kitchen table, explain the options, and help someone make the right call for their home and budget. You hold yourself to a standard. You track your numbers because you care about being good at this. What You Know Strong residential knowledge — you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes. Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Fluent in English. What Will You Do? You'll run residential service and repair calls — including the tough ones. You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name. Day to day, that means: Diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of systems. Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns. Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision. Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals. Physical Demands/Working Conditions (All Trades and Warehouse Departments) To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
