Troubleshooting and repairing; Installing and Maintaining (Tuning) Electrical and Instrumentation systems andControls:
VFD's 480VAC- 15KV Switchgear Instrumentation PLC's 480VAC 3 Phase motors 4160
VAC Motors and Soft Starts Control Valves and Actuators Pneumatic Systems Maintenance and Repair Lighting Maintenance and Repair Additional Job Details:
Participating in a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program. Working with Operations Personnel to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Recording Work Results and parts usage in a maintenance management system. Ability to cross-train in instrumentation. Moderate to high physical exertion- up to 85% of time spent walking, standing, climbing, bending, or stooping.
Requirements:
Two-year technical degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance and minimum Three years or more of Journeyman Level Electrical experience in an Industrial Environment. Experience troubleshooting and Maintaining Electrical/Instrumentation Equipment. Experience using PC for Drawings and Information related to equipment. Experience reading Technical Diagrams and Schematics. Experience with 3 Phase and Single-Phase electrical repair/troubleshooting up to 480VAC. Monday-Friday day shift, plus overtime and callouts as required to support production. The salary is $31.23- $37.
