Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the nursing staff Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation of residents Participate in care planning and implementation, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nevada High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
