Role:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our care team, assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the nursing staff Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation of residents Participate in care planning and implementation, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of careRequirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nevada High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient careWhat We Offer:
