Join a Growing Residential Electrical Team A well-established and growing home services company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Service Technician who knows how to troubleshoot, communicate with homeowners, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This isn't just about fixing electrical problems. You'll combine technical expertise with strong communication and customer service skills. You'll be expected to: Diagnose residential electrical issues accurately and efficiently Perform electrical repairs and replacements safely and professionally Conduct electrical system and safety inspections Identify electrical hazards, code concerns, and opportunities for system improvements Present homeowners with clear repair and replacement options Explain recommendations in a way customers can easily understand Complete work according to applicable electrical codes, manufacturer requirements, permitting requirements, and company standards Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, notes, and customer records Keep your service vehicle, tools, and equipment organized Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean work environment Participate in ongoing technical, safety, customer service, and performance training What We're Looking For We're looking for more than someone who can turn a wrench and pull wire. Our strongest technicians are technically capable, confident communicators, process-driven, coachable, accountable, and motivated to perform. You should be comfortable entering customers' homes, asking questions, diagnosing concerns, explaining what you find, presenting solutions, and building trust. Qualifications Residential electrical service experience strongly preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Knowledge of residential electrical systems and applicable electrical codes Ability to safely troubleshoot and repair circuits, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, GFCI/AFCI devices, and related residential electrical components Experience with service upgrades, dedicated circuits, EV chargers, surge protection, generators, or similar residential electrical work is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to complete applicable pre-employment requirements Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential electrical service work Licensing & Certification Requirements Because this position performs electrical work in the Las Vegas/Clark County market , candidates must possess any individual electrical certification or journeyman credential required by the applicable authority having jurisdiction for the work they will perform, or otherwise meet the applicable requirements to perform work under the company's licensed electrical contractor and qualified supervision. For work requiring journeyman-level qualifications, the company will verify that the employee possesses a current Journeyman Electrician certification or credential accepted by the applicable building authority before assigning work requiring that qualification. Candidates should be prepared to provide copies of applicable electrical licenses, certifications, apprenticeship credentials, or journeyman documentation during the hiring process. The company maintains the appropriate contractor licensing for the electrical services it performs. Employees must work within the scope permitted by the company's contractor license, their individual qualifications, and applicable state and local requirements. Who Will Succeed Here?
